Most of the pieces featured within Brim Papery are pieces inspired by my own life experiences. This piece came about after one night, in a downer of a mood, my husband and I laid in bed and flipped through photos of our daughter, our faces lit up by the light of my iPhone screen. While we flipped through pictures of my daughter scooting and smiling, and my heart was lifted, I realized - she was my happy thought. This would be sweet for a child's room or even just for someone who makes your heart swell with love.
