All domestic items under one pound are shipped with USPS first class mail, which has a delivery time of anywhere from 1-6 days. All paper good, stationery, and tote bags have a 5-7 business day processing time, in addition to first class shipping time with USPS; of course, once the package is out of our hands, we cannot control or guarantee timing with USPS. Mugs are processed within 1-2 weeks of placing your order and are shipped via USPS priority mail. Please limit mug orders to 4 per transaction. Should there be unused money for shipping on your mug order, you will receive a refund of the overages within 2 week of your order shipping.
If an order has been returned to us due to an error in name or address, we are happy to re-ship the item, however customers are responsible for paying a second shipping fee to cover additional shipping.
If an order has been marked as delivered, we are unable to provide replacement items.
We accept payment via PayPal and credit card. If you are paying via PayPal, orders will not be shipped until the payment has cleared. If you are canceling an order, it must be done within 12 hours of placing the order.
Please note that if you are a buyer from Ohio, the Ohio 7.25% sales tax rate will be applied to your order in conjunction with state sales tax laws.
REFUNDS AND RETURNS
We are happy to cancel your order within 12 hours of placement if your order has not already been shipped. If an item is lost in USPS mail and is not marked as delivered, we will happily refund you the cost or ship you a new item free of charge once 15 business days have passed, simply let us know that you haven't received your package and we will take care of you!
If your package did not show up but is marked as delivered by the carrier, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund. If you would like to place insurance on your package, please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org before placing your order.
If you have received a damaged item, we offer your choice of your money back or a replacement item at no cost, provided that you provide photo evidence of your damage within 7 days of an item being marked as delivered.
After seven days of an item being marked as delivered, we do not offer returns or refunds. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on any items sold at clearance or discount.
