Q: I'm local! Do I still have to pay for shipping?
  • No way! You can pick up your order in the Brim Papery studio - just use the code "LOCAL" to waive shipping when you purchase, and email us at brimpapery@gmail.com to schedule a time to pickup your items. The studio is located at 3763 Suite C N. High Street, Columbus OH 43214.
Q: Do you really do everything by hand?
  • It's true! One common misunderstanding with customers is that I hand letter each particular item. This is not the case - I hand letter and paint individual designs, digitize them on my computer, and then have them reproduced at a print shop.
Q: How did you learn how to hand-letter? Do you teach your trade?
  • I have enjoyed making things for as long as I remember, specifically cards. I have no formal training in lettering or watercolor, just the teacher of time and practice. I do teach workshops here and there, and if any are available you will see tickets available for purchase in the shop!
Q: Do you sell your items in any brick and mortar shops? I'd love to save on shipping!
Q: Do you offer wholesale on your items?
    • Brim Papery does offer wholesale! We love working with small shops nationwide. Contact us about our wholesale information package here.
Q: Do you offer custom pieces?
    • Currently custom orders have been discontinued at Brim Papery. Should that change we will update our website accordingly. Follow us on Instagram (@brimpapery) or Facebook (Facebook.com/brimpapery) for up to date information!
Q: How do you start selling something in a shop? Do you have any advice or ever mentor others?
    • I get this question a lot, so much so that I started a consultation page that gives you lots of opportunities to learn the ropes of small business with me. Check it out here
Q: I have a problem with my order. What are your return and refund policies?
    • Please visit Brim's shop policy page for a full explanation of all shop policies, and feel free to contact us at hello@brimpapery.com so we can help work out your issue!
